Once I've hit my plan’s included limits, can I add messages, Departments, or Agents without changing plans?

If you reach your plan’s limit on outbound messages or Departments and need to add more, go right ahead! Both of these can be added to your next bill on an à la carte basis. There’s no need to purchase in advance, so you won’t run into any downtime in your service - we'll just bill you for what you use. Check out our pricing page for details on the additional costs.

Team members can not be added individually if you’ve reached your Agent cap, but we do have a variety of plans to fit your business needs. Click the Gear icon > Organization Settings > Plan & Billing to change your plan.
